Stevenson’s Cycle Introduces Split Rocker Box Kit for Shovelheads

Stevenson’s Cycle announced today the launch of a new kit that allows for the replacement of the OEM style, Shovelhead rocker boxes with new manufactured split rockers. Before this kit, the rockers would need to be removed, welded, and machined to exacting specifications, a process that is both time consuming, expensive, and requires a great deal of knowledge.

Steve Broyles Sr. of Stevenson's Cycle brings us these cool, Shovelhead split rocker The kit will include brand new rocker boxes in raw metal form with all the machined areas finished, and the exterior copper oil line kit. Once the finishing touches are put on, the boxes can be sent out to chrome, polish, or powder coat, or just left in rough form. This new kit is available exclusively through CCI and Jammer Cycle Products, Part #632910 and will retail for $599.95.

Self Tapping Swingarm Bolt for Big Twin

Save time and money with this self tapping swingarm bolt. Made in the USA of heat treated, flame hardened, 1045 steel, this bolt will repair damaged threads in your left hand swingarm mount. This 0.025 oversize bolt will restore the stripped out threads without the need of taps, or Heli-coils™. Works on all Big Twin 4 speed models 1958/1984 (except Softail).

Shifter Anti-Rattle Kits For Big Twin

Stop that annoying shifter rattle with this custom spacer and shim kits. Manufactured in the USA, these kits replace the dull finish stock spacer with a chrome plated spacer and wave washer. In addition, these kits reduce pre-mature wear of the shifter linkage, stabilize the transmission shift arm, and also reduce fatigue on the internal shifter spring located in the transmission. Installation instructions included. Fits FLT models and Softail models as listed below.

Stevensons Lolly Pop Custom Mirrors

The specially designed mirror head:
Accepts 2-hole point’s covers, and covers with center hole mounting,
like the Carriage Works style pictured.
Mirror heads are milled from billet aluminum, polished and chrome plated.
Mirror stems are chrome-plated steel.
The hidden cut out behind the points cover is a great place to stash those valuables.
And the two setscrews hold the mirror in solid adjustment.
Its great way to coordinate the mirror design to the wheels and derby covers.
Fits right or left side, all models 1965-up. 3-1/8" diameter mirror with 3" stem.
